THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA TO COSPONSOR FINANCIAL PLANNING DAY

WHO: Mayor Michael A. Nutter

WHAT: The City of Philadelphia, in partnership with Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia Tri-State Area, Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Foundation for Financial Planning and the U.S. Conference of Mayors, is hosting a free day of financial planning services, workshops and one-on-one advice from certified financial planners. The event will be ongoing from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mayor Nutter will deliver remarks, visit with volunteers and attendees and discuss the importance of financial literacy. Walk-ins are welcome.
WHERE: Ben Franklin High School, 550 N. Broad Street
WHEN: Saturday, October 1, 2011 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Mayor Nutter will attend at 10:30 a.m. and at 1:00 p.m.
