WHAT: Mayor Nutter and the Campaign for Working Families will officially kick-off tax season by announcing the opening of 11 community based tax sites, which will offer free tax filing services to eligible Philadelphians.
Through these tax sites, the Campaign for Working Families helps Philadelphians eligible applicants receive the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) in their federal income tax refunds.
