WHAT: Mayor Nutter will wish good luck to local rower Toby Wallace, who will join seven other men in attempting to row across the Atlantic Ocean in under 30 days. The crew will climb aboard the lightest, most technologically advanced Ocean Rowing Boat for the 3,000- mile unsupported journey from Gran Canaria in the Canaries to Barbados.
Wallace is a senior relationship manager for Aberdeen Asset Management in Philadelphia. He is raising money for the Kirsten Scott Memorial Trust charity.
