DEPUTY MAYOR ALAN GREENBERGER TO CELEBRATE PHILLY STARTUP’S EXPANSION TO WASHINGTON, D.C.

WHAT:      Deputy Mayor Alan Greenberger will help celebrate the expansion of Wash Cycle Laundry, Philadelphia’s sustainable laundry and dry cleaning service that delivers by bicycle, which will begin service in Washington D.C. on Tuesday, May 27.  The management team will ride bicycles 120 miles from Philadelphia to D.C. for the launch. The company serves hundreds of Philadelphia residents and businesses, and has hauled over 2 million lbs. of cargo by bicycle since its founding in 2010.
